Spring 2025 Recruitment Week

DSP Recruitment Events

Beginning on Monday, January 27th, our recruitment process will span four nights, concluding with a final interview on Friday. Throughout the week, you'll have the opportunity to engage with brothers, participate in a case competition, deliver a "Teach Me Something" presentation to a brother, and take part in a meaningful service project!

Night 1: Mingling 7-9PM

Mingling at our recruitment night is all about great conversations—where you can chat with brothers, ask questions, and get a real sense of what life in our business fraternity is like. It’s a relaxed environment to share your goals, learn from others, and discover how we support each other’s growth. This is your chance to dive into the spirit of our brotherhood and see what we’re all about. This night you will also have the opportunity to hear from a professional speaker who will give insight on their experience in the business world and answer questions that recruits may have. ​

Night 2: Continuation of Mingling 7-9PM

The second night is designed to help you feel more comfortable with conversations and get into the rhythm of recruitment. As you chat with the brothers and ask questions, you'll start to feel more at ease and confident. It's a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the process, open up about your goals, and get to know the brotherhood better as you prepare for the rest of the week. You will have the opportunity to hear from our VP of Community Service and participate in a service event while chatting with brothers. ​

Night 3: Teach Me Something 7-9PM

In addition to additional conversation, the third night is where you get to show off your creativity to the brothers by presenting something you are passionate about. You will have the opportunity to create a short presentation about the topic of your choosing, which is a fun way to show your personality and interests. You will also hear from our DEI Chair and how the Beta Gamma chapter incorporates these ideals into our brotherhood. ​

Night 4: Case Competition 7-9PM

The final night of recruitment is your last opportunity to share you goals and values with our brothers. You will also work with teammates to develop a solution for the issue presented in the Case Competition. The Case Competition is your chance to shine! Trust in your skills, collaborate with your team, and think creatively. No matter the challenge, this is an opportunity to showcase your potential and growth throughout the week. You will hear from a brotherhood panel that will share their experience with the Beta Gamma chapter and their "why" for joining DSP. This day will also be the beginning of your final interviews. 

Final Day: Interviews 

By this point, you've gained insight into what it means to be a part of Delta Sigma Pi. Now, you have the chance to highlight anything you haven’t yet shared with the brothers. This is your opportunity to answer common interview questions and gain valuable professional experience. Stay confident, be yourself, and remember this is your moment to shine. Embrace the opportunity to show us what makes you unique and how you can contribute to our brotherhood.

INFO SESSIONS

Join us for an info session to learn more about Delta Sigma Pi and, more importantly, to meet our current brothers! We’re excited to get to know you, and this is your perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
