OUR PURPOSE
Delta Sigma Pi is a professional fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities; to encourage scholarship, social activity and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice; to promote closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce, and to further a higher standard of commercial ethics and culture and the civic and commercial welfare of the community.

Delta Sigma Pi was founded in 1907 at New York University's School of Commerce, Accounts and Finance. DSP is the nation's first co-ed professional business fraternity.

Our alumni provide an extensive network of professional resources for current brothers at South Carolina. From the Beta Gamma Chapter alone, we have alumni working at every single company depicted to the right - including Google, Nike, Morgan Stanley, and IBM. |
The Beta Gamma Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi is the University of South Carolina's most longstanding professional fraternity, founded on April 13th, 1929 at Harper College on the historic Horseshoe. 
Delta Sigma Pi stresses the importance of cultivating well-rounded young professionals who uphold the highest level of integrity. Coast to coast, more than 275 chapters and over 265,000 members who support the goals and ideals of the Fraternity.
