What does professionalism mean to you? For the Beta Gamma chapter, professionalism is the integrity, accountability, and respect we strive to exhibit daily. Our Brothers demonstrate a willingness to contribute to personal growth and organizational success, as well as foster an environment of trust, courtesy, and morality. We encourage and provide opportunities for mentorship and leadership across various fields to ensure professional fulfillment. As such, the Professionalism pillar is vital to our continued support for one another’s growth and for the excellence of the Beta Gamma chapter of Delta Sigma Pi.

Service |
Delta Sigma Pi is dedicated to making a difference, because business professionals have both a unique opportunity and a compelling duty to contribute to the larger community. A note from Autumn Lowery | Vice President of Community Service
Service in Beta Gamma and to me represents a commitment to support our community and foster a sense of responsibility that grows beyond ourselves. It’s about creating meaningful impact, whether that's through volunteer work, fundraising, or educational initiatives, or more to ensure that we can uphold our pillar and grow our community.
Additionally, it’s important to note that service can also be found within the heart of your community. Our Brotherhood serves eachother by being there in countless ways, whether that is offering guidance in academics, providing emotional support during challenges, or celebrating each other’s successes. This internal service strengthens our bond as brothers and ensures that we can serve others positively. Finally, Beta Gamma understands that service often happens inconspicuously. It’s in the small, unspoken acts such as stepping in to help without being asked, sharing resources, or simply showing kindness in our daily interactions. These quiet contributions reflect our brotherhoods commitment to making a difference, not for recognition, but because it aligns with our core values. Service, both outward and within our fraternity, is at the heart of who we are and what we stand for. |
