As a first semester freshman, I looked for the same things many students do when joining a business fraternity: a tight knit community and professional development opportunities. From the second I set foot in the Capstone ballroom on the first night of recruitment, my life changed. I not only found that community, I found lifelong friends in the most intentional, kind, and ambitious individuals. I did not just find professional development, but the door into a world of professional opportunities and resources that set me up for a successful career. As a second semester senior, I can confidently say that what I found in Delta Sigma Pi was beyond what I imagined my four years at South Carolina would look like.

​Beta Gamma thrives because of the incredible people who are part of it. We are diverse in our interests and talents, but we share the common values of service, loyalty, and leadership. We continuously strive to learn from each other and better ourselves. From serving in two executive positions and being mentored by older brothers, to studying abroad with brothers and even interning at the same companies together, I can proudly say I have learned tremendously from this group of future business leaders.

Our brotherhood extends beyond the confines of a chapter room with our extensive alumni network and involvement, engaged faculty initiates, as well as strong partnerships with industry-leading companies. We embrace the principle of paying it forward, so whether you’re pursuing another competitive campus program or a role at a leading company, a Beta Gamma brother has likely paved the way and can guide you toward achieving your goal.
