Over two years ago, I walked into a Delta Sigma Pi Information Session unsure of what to expect. Coming from Cleveland, OH, I arrived at USC as an Undeclared Business major, and was feeling uncertain about my academic and personal path. I was searching for a community—and I never imagined I would find it where I did.
​My name is Kaci Ramlow, and I am truly honored to serve as Senior Vice President for the Beta Gamma Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi.
Beta Gamma is more than an organization—it’s a community of leaders, professionals, explorers and friends. Whether your path is planned or still unfolding, Delta Sigma Pi has the ability to positively impact your life. Our pillars of Professionalism, Service, Brotherhood, and DEI truly serve as the foundation of everything we do– whether you’ve looking for professional development, building a network of alumni and faculty connections, or simply finding your place at USC, you will not regret pursuing that journey with DSP.
As I enter my final semester of college, I can confidently say that Delta Sigma Pi has played a pivotal role in shaping who I am today. From traveling to Spain, Florence, and Switzerland with Brothers, mentoring two amazing Littles, and connecting with business professionals across the world, I’ve unlocked memories that will last a lifetime. 
Recruitment is about more than Delta Sigma Pi; it’s about building confidence, forming unexpected friendships, and uncovering strengths and potential you didn’t know you had.
